No-Show & Cancellations

No-shows and same-day cancellations will result in 100% charge of the scheduled service.

Late Policy

Please be mindful of your scheduled appointment time. This includes allowing extra time for traffic, parking, and any potential closures, so you can arrive on time to the studio. My schedule runs smoothly only when both parties are mutually respectful of time. I allow a 15 minutes “grace period” before adding any additional and potential late fee to the scheduled appointment.

If we need to adjust your appointment, (example: from a full service to a partial service), you will still be responsible for paying the amount of the scheduled service.

I typically run on time for each appointment. In the event that I am running behind due to unforeseen circumstances, I will reach out via text using the phone number listed on your account.

Sick Policy

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are feeling unwell. This includes any coughing, sniffling, fever, etc. I will waive any cancellation fee during this time. Please do not come to your appointment within 7 days of illness. Please wear a mask if you’ve been around anyone who may seem ill. If you do not have a mask, one can be provided for you.

That being said, I will extend the same courtesy to guests.

FAQ’s

  1. “Do you have parking available?”

    Street parking is available by the salon. Please allow ample time to find a suitable parking spot. Stylist is not responsible for any parking expenses that may occur.

  2. “Should I wash my hair before my appointment?”

    Ideally, you will arrive with clean, dry hair. If the hair is wet upon arrival, we will need to blow-dry the hair, which will take considerable time away from your service, and you will be expected to pay the total of the booked service.
